We strive for excellence in service and quality in all our products and services, however, some failures may occur before reaching your destination.


Keep the invoice, as it will allow you to locate your details, orders, shipping and other important information in case of any problems with your purchase.


General Rules
Choose the desired product carefully.

We do not exchange products that have been opened and/or used, due to shades, textures, colors or aromas/smells.


Before returning or exchanging your product, we need to know what happened to your product or the reason for your request. To request an exchange/return, tell us through one of our channels the reason why you are returning or canceling the product you purchased.


Send an email to contato@canima.com.br or contact us through our official WhatsApp channel (11) 91913-0313 with your order number, reporting your problem. We will be available during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm (except holidays) to help you resolve any issues with orders.
